About Ms. Goodman

Michelle Goodman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in parent coaching for parents of children with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges. She maintains a private practice in Teaneck, NJ, and provides home visits in Northern NJ and NYC.

Ms. Goodman provides ongoing training for teachers and administrators who are seeking to successfully include children with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges in mainstream settings.  Training often includes faculty in-service workshops, as well as classroom-specific observation and teacher coaching. 

Training & Certifications
Ms. Goodman was a classroom teacher for 11 years, where she worked in both regular and special education settings.  
She completed her ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) training at Rutger's University and at Alpine Learning Group.  Ms. Goodman further specialized in behavior disorders at Yale University's Child Conduct Clinic and Parenting Center, where she was the first off-site practitioner to receive Kazdin Parent Management Training (KPMT) certification.
